Three: Re-certify Crew Dragon on a new rocket. But that's impossible. Dragon was designed for Falcon 9. Its avionics, its abort sequence, its docking system—all of it is tied to that rocket. No other launcher can fly it. Not Vulcan. Not New Glenn. Not even the SLS.
